Caryn is a counsellor at Christian Counselling Services and has completed her coursework towards her Masters of School and Counselling Psychology degree at the University of Saskatchewan. She is fluent in Cantonese and has a personal understanding of Chinese culture.

Caryn's practice focuses mainly on working with individuals who are living with anxiety/stress, depression, interpersonal or family conflict, family of origin issues, personal growth, and life transitions. Caryn brings a compassionate and sensitive approach in helping people build strength and wholeness in their lives.

Prior to pursuing her Master's degree, Caryn mentored university students to help them thrive in their new surroundings, and discover the power to live a life with purpose. She is devoted to helping people find health and healing to enable them to live life to the full.
